Our Vision
We provide non-denominational, bilingual, Hospice End-of-Life and Palliative Care, Information and Resources to those in the Vilcabamba, Ecuador region.
Where Patient’s Rights are foremost and honored with a Pain-Free death (if possible), as Conscious as possible, with Dignity, Information, Choice, Company and Compassion.
We offer FREE bilingual, on-line Training Courses and in-person, Unpaid Internships for Hospice, End-of-Life and Palliative Care for nurses, aides, caregivers, families and volunteers.

- Legal Document Worksheet – For your attorney with necessary information to create your Ecuadorian legal documents.
- Important Information Worksheet – For your family, Medical Power of Attorney, caregivers and Executor.
These two Worksheets contain all the information your Attorney, Power of Attorney/Executor, Medical Power of Attorney, Caregivers, Facilities and your Family will need to create your legal documents, care for you, if you can’t speak for yourself and handle your estate after you are gone.
You’ll want to have these ready to go when you make your appointment with Yadira.

Hospice Physician
Dr. Ashraf Saber has extensive experience in Palliative and Hospice Care.
He can work with patients and their families and caregivers to assure as pain-free a death as possible.
Mortuary Assistance
If you find yourself with a Dead Body to deal with – One Call to Jose Abad and he will handle everything – quickly, efficiently and with compassion. Bilingual.
He has an arrangement with a reputable, Loja funeral home.
Current price for Cremation and Jose’s assistance – only $780!
You don’t even have to leave Vilcabamba, if all the necessary documents are in order and available.
