The Process:

1. Complete the Legal Documents Worksheet. Save it in your computer. Desktop would be a good place, so you can find it easily.
2. Email Completed Document to: Yadira Alarcon: atYourService.Vilca@gmail.com
3. Yadira will contact you soon to schedule an in-person or on-line appointment.
4. Yadira will create the documents.
5. You will come to the Vilcabamba Post Office to sign documents with the Notary, Yadira and the witnesses.

Package Includes:

Initial Consultation
Yadira will contact you to set a consultation appointment, either in person or Zoom.
Creation of a Medical Power of Attorney/Living Will/Cremation Authorization Document
Choose a trustworthy person to be authorized, Yadira Alarcon as alternative.
Creation of a Will
To include authorization to receive CACPE’s Mortuary Benefit (if applicable) and access assets after death.
Yadira Alarcon to be Executor, Choose a trustworthy person as alternate
Notary Fees – Done at the Vilcabamba Post Office, when possible.
Yadira will store your original documents in a safety deposit box, if you wish.
After death – Signing of the Cremation or Burial Authorization for Funeral Home
(Person of your choice)
Ecuadorian Death Certificate and US Death Certificate, if needed.
Payment of final bills and accounting.

Notes:

Exceptions – This package will cover all your end-of-life issues EXCEPT payment for your cremation or burial.
