After you have completed our Hospice Training Courses, on line and in person, you can be placed on a special list and given referral priority.

• Must be Honest, Dependable, Punctual and Compassionate
• Vilca Caregivers are Independent workers and are not employed by Vilca Hospice.  
• Vilca Caregivers make their own financial arrangements with the patient, primary caregiver or Medical Power of Attorney.
• Vilca Caregivers make their own time arrangements with the patient, primary caregiver or Medical Power of Attorney.
• Vilca Caregivers are expected to uphold the high standards taught in the Vilca Hospice Training Courses.
• Vilca Caregivers are expected to be on time, honest and reliable.
